These terms govern the use of senpay.io and of the applications published by SenPay. By using our services you accept them.
1. Publisher
SenPay, a company incorporated under Senegalese law, registered at Yoff Mamelle, Dakar, Senegal. Contact: contact@senpay.io.
2. Purpose of the services
- SenPay publishes and operates electronic payment solutions: terminals, prepaid wallets, loyalty programmes and the associated mobile applications.
- Access to certain services requires creating an account and having your identity confirmed by the partner point of sale or company.
3. Account use
- Your personal code is confidential. You are responsible for operations carried out from your account until you report that it has been compromised.
- Fraudulent use, attempts to bypass spending limits or unauthorised access result in immediate suspension of the account.
4. Payments and balances
- Balances are held in CFA francs (XOF). A payment is final once validated by the point of sale.
- In the event of an error or dispute, write to contact@senpay.io stating the date, the amount and the point of sale involved.
5. Service availability
We take reasonable measures to keep the service running, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability. Interruptions may occur for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control.
6. Intellectual property
SenPay's trademarks, logos, interfaces and software are protected. Reproduction or reuse without written permission is prohibited.
7. Personal data
The processing of your data is described in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Changes to these terms
These terms may change. The version that applies is the one published on this page at the time you use the service.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Senegalese law. Failing an amicable settlement, the courts of Dakar have jurisdiction.
